1 Processing of personal data

5 Other recipients of personal data
In the event that a transfer is necessary for the purpose of fulfilling a contract, in certain cases it is also necessary to cooperate with other companies that perform tasks for the controller. The Company carefully selects its partners to whom it entrusts your data and who are able to ensure that your data is technically and organisationally secure so that it cannot be accessed or otherwise misused in an unauthorised or accidental manner. In particular, these are transport companies with which the controller has a contractual business relationship.
In the event that a transfer is necessary for the purpose of making a payment, the payment data shall be transferred to the financial institution or the relevant payment service provider.

6 Rights of the data subject
You have the right to request from the Controller access to your personal data and information about what data it processes about you. You also have the right to have your personal data rectified or erased, or, where applicable, to limit its processing, to object to the processing of your personal data, and to the portability of your personal data.
In the event of a suspected violation of the protection of personal and private life caused by the processing of personal data, you have the right to request an adequate explanation. The data subject has the right to contact the Data Protection Authority at any time.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data has infringed or is infringing the Regulation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, among other things.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time. If you do so, your data will be deleted. Please note that erasure does not apply to personal data that the Controller needs to fulfil the obligations imposed on it by law or to protect its legitimate interests.
7 Safety
The Controller considers the security of customers' personal data to be one of its priorities and ensures security using technical and organisational measures. All data provided by the customer to the Administrator is processed automatically by a secure electronic system.
Access to all personal data and related databases is restricted. Access is restricted to authorised persons who have received training in data protection and data security. These persons are also bound by the obligation of confidentiality and protection of confidential information.
